Thank you all so much for your help on my leash! I had originally ordered one about a year ago but the latch on the leash that connects to the harness got jammed and the screwed on nut got crossthreaded. So I couldn’t remove the leash from my pup’s harness. I reached out to CS for help and when we couldn’t figure out a way to fix it, they offered to replace the leash for me. It was the sweetest thing, I really appreciate their efforts and thought into my issue.
