What is TYB?

TYB is a fun, interactive app where you can complete challenges, earn coins, and unlock exclusive Lucy & Co. rewards for your pets! Plus, enjoy early access, community events, and special surprises all year long.

Do I have to download an app?

You don’t have to. There is a desktop version available however it is slightly different and somewhat limiting in features and functionality.

How does it work?

All you have to do is download the app, join our community and start earning coins to shop on our site! Other surprises and goodies await, too! Don’t want to participate in challenges? No problem. You earn coins every time you shop too just like our other loyalty program. 

Will my points from the previous loyalty program transfer?

Yes! All your previous loyalty points will transfer over to TYB!
