SIZING

 

Dogs come in a variety of shapes and sizes. We're here to help you find the best size for your furry friend. Here are a few tips:

  • Each product page on our site has a distinct size guide so please ensure that you're looking at the appropriate chart.
  • Always measure before you buy. Measure twice, order once.
  • If you're still not sure, send us a note via the contact form or shoot an email to hello@lucyand.co. Please provide the specific item that you're interested in as well as the applicable measurements of your dog. Providing a picture never hurts.

ID TAG POLICY

Our Personalized Silicone ID Tags cannot be changed/edited/adjusted once your order has been placed (please note this includes cancellations ). At this time, Personalized Silicone ID Tags are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

PROMOTIONS, DISCOUNTS & FREE GIFTS

We’re excited to offer promotions and discounts to our customers, but please note the following guidelines:
  • Only one discount code, free gift, or promotion can be applied per order. Applying a new code will deactivate any previously applied discounts or promotions. Please note this also means that if there is an automatic promotion running you will not be able to add/stack another code.
  • If your order includes a free gift, any returns must include the free gift in its original condition to be eligible.
  • At this time, our portal is unable to process exchanges of different priced items. If you're having trouble exchanging a sale item and are being charged full price instead, please contact us at hello@lucyand.co. We're here to help and will get it sorted for you!

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We offer free shipping through USPS on all domestic orders over $60 as a courtesy to our customers. We also offer shipping via UPS. Orders will ship within three business days of receiving payment. Please note that most USPS first-class packages require 3-7 days of transit time. 

All estimated shipping times (including Priority Mail and UPS Ground) do not include processing times, which can take up to 3 business days. 

Our goal is to minimize or eliminate waste whenever possible. We're proud to say that we send a majority of our items in 100% recyclable, Eco-Natural Mailers and 100% compostable poly mailers.

To qualify for free shipping, domestic orders must reach our $60 minimum after any discount is applied. This does not include shipping fees.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We offer international shipping from DHL, which is fast and trackable. All orders will ship within three business days of receiving payment. Please note that any required customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. 

WARRANTY/WEAR & TEAR POLICY 

We know pups love to play hard—and their gear goes along for the ride! Naturally, the more adventure it sees, the more wear and tear it may show. Because of this, we're unable to offer refunds or replacements for items with clear signs of wear and tear.

That said, if your item is defective within 60 days of purchase, we’re more than happy to help with a refund or replacement.
