Less than a year old and the strap ripped. Reached out and was told that it was outside of the 7 day window for damaged items. For the amount you pay, it is better to go on Amazon or buy a cheaper bag elsewhere which probably will last you longer than 10 months… poor quality and poor customer service

I think this bag has the right idea, just not deep treat pockets, other items inside the bag will be covered with treat debris
Thank you so much for your feedback! We intended for the zipper pocket to hold the treats so you can keep them enclosed and the crumbs from getting everywhere, but totally hear that may not be possible depending on the size of the treats. Thanks again!
I love this little bag! The color is beautiful and the size is great. I haven’t been able to use it yet, my puppy comes home in a few weeks. But I think it’ll be perfect!
This bag is just what I needed. I carry treats and poop bags in it . I don't always go for a walk with pockets so this works really well. I don't like fanny bags so this will work in the winter with a jacket.
