Welcome to the Lucy & Co. Pup Perks Rewards Program! This is our way of saying thank you for being a loyal customer. When you shop with us, complete activities like tagging us on Instagram, you’ll earn points! You can use points to earn discounts off purchases, free products and more! The more points you earn, the more you save!

Anyone with an account is automatically enrolled!

You can earn points for all sorts of activities, including referring friends, tagging us on Instagram and making purchases. To see all the ways you can earn points click the *Earn Points* tab in the menu. Check back on your account because we’ll be updating ways that you can earn extra points including double and triple points days!

You will be able to see your points balance on the header of the loyalty page, when you are logged in.You will also see your points balance in your cart when you check out!

Select the tab called *Redeem Points* on our rewards page. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward of your choosing.

Nope. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!

Yes. Points will expire after 12 months of not being used.

* **Approved:** These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately

* **Pending:** These points are currently being processed or verified and you can redeem them once they’re approved.This typically applies to purchases and referrals

* **Cancelled:** These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to cancelled)

 Your pending points will become cancelled and will be removed from your account. 

You, or someone you referred to, cancelled or returned a purchase. Or you used your points!

Members will need to be enrolled with the program for at least 1 year before they receive their special birthday reward.

Unfortunately at this time we can only offer one birthday per profile.

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. 

If you’re logged into your account when you check out you should be able to redeem your points in checkout! If you’re not logged in you can redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout! Please note that points cannot be combined with other discount codes or rewards.

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

Just contact us and we'll re-enroll you. However, your point total will begin from zero.

All you have to do is go to our Rewards Page (make sure you’re signed-in!) and then scroll down to the “History” section. From there, scroll to find the reward you redeemed. Click the green “approved” button and your discount code (or directions for using your reward!) will pop up. That’s it!
