We offer free shipping through USPS on all domestic orders over $75 as a courtesy to our customers. We also offer shipping via UPS. Orders will ship within three business days of receiving payment. Please note that most USPS first-class packages require 3-7 days of transit time.
All estimated shipping times (including Priority Mail and UPS Ground) do not include processing times, which can take up to 3 business days.
Our goal is to minimize or eliminate waste whenever possible. We're proud to say that we send a majority of our items in 100% recyclable, Eco-Natural Mailers and 100% compostable poly mailers.
To qualify for free shipping, domestic orders must reach our $75 minimum after any discount is applied. This does not include shipping fees.
We offer international shipping from DHL, which is fast and trackable. All orders will ship within three business days of receiving payment. Please note that any required customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.
We know our pets love to play hard—and their gear goes along for the ride! Naturally, the more adventure it sees, the more wear and tear it may show. Because of this, we're unable to offer refunds or replacements for items with clear signs of wear and tear.
That said, if your item is defective within 60 days of purchase, we’re more than happy to help with a refund or replacement.
