Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Lucy & Co. accepts returns and exchanges in accordance with the terms below. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Return window. Eligible items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For orders placed between November 1 and December 31, this window is extended to 60 days.

Refunds. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less a $6.00 return label fee. This fee is waived when a customer elects to receive store credit in place of a monetary refund. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges. A customer's first exchange on an order is provided at no cost. Each subsequent exchange is subject to a $6.00 handling fee. Replacement items may be dispatched prior to receipt of the returned item, at Lucy & Co.'s discretion.

Condition of returned items. To be eligible, items must be unused and returned in their original condition — clean and free of dirt, debris, and pet hair; free of wear, damage, or alteration; and free of odor, including perfume and smoke. Items should be returned in their original packaging where available and must not be combined with merchandise from separate orders.

Non-returnable items. The following are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged: personalized silicone ID tags; mystery items; and any item designated as final sale at the time of purchase.

Items purchased elsewhere. Products bought through third-party retailers must be returned in accordance with that retailer's policy. Orders placed via Facebook or Instagram cannot be processed through our self-service returns portal; contact us directly for assistance.

International orders. Customers outside the United States are responsible for return shipping costs.

EU right of withdrawal. Consumers in the European Union may withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receipt without stating a reason, as provided by applicable law.
